Do you offer an on-site ceremony location?

Yes! You may say your vows outside on the practice green overlooking the lush golf course, underneath our Club Tent, or in one of our indoor windowed private rooms. There is a $1000 ceremony fee, and the BRCC staff will coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and day of ceremony guidance.

What photo opportunities does your venue offer?

Take portraits under the cherry blossom trees, by the countryside setting next to a pastoral wooden fence, or on a rustic porch by a shaded lawn. Your outside ceremony photos have a built-in backdrop of the beautifully manicured golf course.

When can vendors set up for my event?

Your professional Florist, DJ/Band or Event Planner has access to your contracted event space two hours before the start of your event. We require a certificate of insurance from all outside vendors prior to their arrival.

What are the payment requirements?

For weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs, an initial deposit of $2000 secures your date. 25% of your event total is due 6 months prior to your event date, and another 25% of your event total is due 3 months prior to your event date. The remaining balance is payable 10 days prior to your event date.

How do I know what to expect at my event?

Our maître d’ and warm and friendly banquet staff will answer any questions and take great care of you and your guests during your event!

Are there hotels near Basking Ridge Country Club?

There are several hotels within 10 minutes of Basking Ridge Country Club, and each hotel can help you with transportation to and from our venue.
